Naftali Abramson was born in the USA and came on Aliyah in 1986. He started writing songs whilst still in High school and established his band in 2002. His first CD called TODA – Thank you, was released in 2003 and the first print was sold out within 6 months. Influenced by Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach and a mixture of American Rock and Celtic music, Naftali has created his own unique style of Jewish Original Music. Naftali has become a household name performing for groups in Israel that come for different yearly programmes as well as for Israeli audiences. He also tours in the USA and has performed at summer camps. Naftali has performed at the Annual Bet Shemesh Jewish Rock and Soul Festival as well as in Chevron, the Annual Reb Shlomo Carlebach memorial concert and others. Naftali released his second album “Seeing the Good” (Lachazot B’Noam) at the end of 2004, and is about to release his third album called “…Overcoming…” to be released around spring time 2008. This album has been a longer process but well worth the wait…
