Milton Barnes, b. 1931, Toronto, d. February 26, 2001, Toronto, Canada. Jazz drummer and guitarist. Wrote chamber and orchestral music on Jewish themes; composed, orchestrated, and conducted scores for feature films and television. Composed in an “eclectic fusion style”.
